How long will my project take?
A bathroom typically runs three to four weeks and a kitchen four to six, depending on selections and lead times. You get an indicative programme with your quote and a start date before we book you in.
Can changes be made during construction?
Yes. We price the variation in writing before we act on it, so you always know the cost and any effect on the programme up front.
How are payments structured?
Progress payments tied to completed stages, set out in the contract before work starts. Nothing invoiced ahead of the work.
Who will I communicate with?
Alex, from the first site visit through to handover. Sam runs the site day to day, so there's always someone on the tools who knows your job.
What if there are delays?
You hear it from us first, with a revised date and a plan. Most delays come from supply, and we flag them the day we know.
Years structural
Standard structural warranty on all completed works, backed by NSW statutory cover and our licence (377667C). Workmanship defects are made good — you call us, and we come back.
